Our room:
The access to the room is at the rear of our house.
You enter through your own front door with a staircase. There is an extra storage space downstairs where you can store your suitcases and where you will find a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold on warmer days.
At the top of the stairs you will find the bedroom with bathroom.
There is a cupboard with a kettle where you can provide yourself with coffee and tea.
When you walk through, you will find a spacious roof terrace where you can sit in private to enjoy the peace and the beautiful view of the mountains.
The room is equipped with WIFI, which you can use for free.
There is a possibility to expand the room with 2 extra beds. (At an additional cost)
Take a moment to relax..
On the spacious roof terrace you will find a lounge set where you can sit and enjoy the wide view.
There are also sunbeds here to relax.
Environment
There is a local bar 5 minutes from the house, where you can enjoy a snack and a drink.
There are beautiful walking routes and museums in the area. The charming villages in the area are also worth a visit. As well as the local markets.
The beach is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
Adventurers certainly won´t be bored.
There is an information folder in the room with what there is to do in the area.
Appointments
The room costs 55 euros per night from 01/01 till 31/05 and from 01/09 till 31/12, which includes a delicious breakfast. From 01/06 till 31/08 the room costs 65 euros per night, also includes breakfast.
For more than 2 people there is an additional charge of 10 euros per person per night. (max 4)
A baby cot is available, which costs 5 euros per night.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. We will be happy to hand you the key.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the room no later than 11 a.m. and we will take the key from you again.
To keep the room pleasant for everyone we ask that you do not smoke inside.
You will find an ashtray on the terrace below.
During the dry summer months the water pressure may be slightly lower. The municipality does this to save water.
